LNK364 Low Power Off-Line Switcher ICLinkSwitch-XT incorporates a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator,simple ON/OFF control scheme, a high-voltage switched currentsource, frequency jittering, cycle-by-cycle current limit andthermal shutdown circuitry onto a monolithic IC. The startupand operating power are derived directly from the DRAINpin, eliminating the need for a bias winding and associatedcircuitry.
